International Shipping & Returns

We offer international shipping for a fee.

International Shipping

  • International orders are subject to applicable shipping costs, duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the receiving country, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with refused or undeliverable international orders. These fees are non-refundable.

  • We do not provide complimentary shipping labels for international returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning international orders unless otherwise required by applicable law.

International Returns

If you would like to return an international order, please contact info@sofiacashmere.com for return instructions.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received, with original packaging and tags attached, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days after receiving your order, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit our EU Withdrawal Form. Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will confirm receipt.

If you withdraw from your purchase, you must return the applicable item(s) to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We will issue your refund within the timeframe required by applicable law after receiving the returned item(s) or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are exempt under applicable law, including personalized or customized items.

Special Orders & Customized Items

Special orders take approximately three weeks to ship. Special orders and customized items may be final sale, where permitted by applicable law.

For customers located in the European Union, statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal, will apply unless a legal exception applies.
