Returns & Exchanges

For U.S. customers, returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days of receipt, provided the item meets the eligibility requirements below.

Items with a purchase price over $4,000 must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Once a return request is approved, a return shipping label will be issued within 2 business days. Items must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving the return label.

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Once a return has been processed, refunds are issued to the original payment method and can be expected within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Return Eligibility

Our high-quality cashmere is durable and strong, but it requires gentle handling. Please take care when preparing your return to ensure the item arrives safely.

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Please neatly fold and re-pack the item in its original polybag whenever possible.

Items returned damaged, worn, or not in resalable condition may be subject to a $15 fee or a deduction of up to 20% of the item price from the refund. While we always try to avoid these fees, they may be necessary in certain circumstances.

Promotional Offers

Gift With Purchase

If you received a free item as part of a promotional offer, the free item must also be returned in its original condition if you return the purchased item. If the promotional item is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

Buy More, Save More

If you purchased items as part of a Buy More, Save More promotion and later return one or more items, the remaining order must still meet the promotional criteria. If the order no longer qualifies for the promotion, the discount will be adjusted and reflected in the refund amount.

Final Sale Items

Special order throws are final sale, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Gift cards cannot be returned.
