Shipping for Domestic Orders

• We ship to addresses within the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
• We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. For more information, email info@sofiacashmere.com.
• In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days.
• Expedited shipping is available through UPS:
  • 2-day shipping for $35
  • Overnight shipping for $70

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Shipping for International Orders

• We offer international shipping for a fee.
• We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
• Customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the receiving country, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Important Information for International Orders

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with refused or undeliverable international orders, and these fees cannot be refunded. Additionally, we do not provide complimentary shipping labels for international returns; this is the responsibility of the customer.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days after receiving your order, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may submit a withdrawal request through our by contacting us at info@sofiacashmere.com. Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will confirm receipt. If you withdraw from your purchase, you must return the applicable item(s) to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless otherwise required by applicable law. We will issue your refund within the timeframe required by applicable law after receiving the returned item(s) or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are exempt under applicable law, including personalized or customized items.

Special Orders

Special orders take approximately three weeks to ship. Special orders and customized items may be final sale where permitted by applicable law. For customers located in the European Union, statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal, will apply unless a legal exception applies.

Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@sofiacashmere.com.

For U.S. customers, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Customers located in the European Union may also have statutory consumer rights, including a 14-day right of withdrawal, as described above. 

Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds can be expected back to the original payment method in 3-5 business days of processing.

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

Our high-quality cashmere is durable and strong, but it requires gentle handling. Please exercise caution when sending your return to ensure its safe shipping. To qualify for a complete refund, adherence to the following guidelines is essential.

For a full reimbursement:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Item must be in its original packaging with tags attached. We kindly ask that you neatly fold and re-pack the item as best you can in its original polybag.

Items returned damaged, worn, or not in resalable condition may be subject to a $15 fee or up to 20% of the item price will be deducted from the refund. While we always try to avoid these fees, they may be necessary in certain cases.
